Beta terms
The short version of the agreement, in plain words.
Tilth is operated by Lima Bravo Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. hello@tilth.today reaches it.
Adults, 18 and older. And for now, not open to anyone who lives in or is currently in Washington or Nevada. Nothing personal: those states have specific consumer health data laws, and the beta will meet them properly before opening there.
Your email, used for sign-in links. Your timezone. Your five daily check-in answers and the dates they were set down. If you choose to connect a wearable: daily summaries of sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and activity. Your answers when Tilth asks whether a pattern matches. You agree to this collection separately at sign-in, and the Your data page describes where it all lives.
A beta wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care. It notices patterns in what you set down and asks whether they match your experience. Your answer is the one that counts.
Things will change while the ground is being worked. Features may appear, move, or go away, and the beta itself can pause or end. Tilth is offered as it is, with no promise of availability and no warranty. Use it alongside your own judgment, never instead of it.
Handled exactly as the Your data page describes, and that page is part of these terms. Write to hello@tilth.today and your record is deleted, token and all.
Nothing you do in the beta enrolls you in research. If Tilth ever runs a study, joining it will be a separate, explicit choice with its own consent, explained in its own words, and saying no will change nothing about how Tilth works for you.
